My Background

I am currently interested in pursuing sales, marketing, and consulting Jobs looking most directly in the DMV area, but interested in relocating after I graduate.

​

I have a passion for the marketing and sales world, , and  I realized early during my time at JMU that I wanted to find a job within marketing due to the collaborative and creative sides of the industry. I enjoy creating, creative thinking, group work, and problem-solving, and find great satisfaction in completing a project and showing it to the public.

Executive Board Positions:

  Vice President ​

  • Coordinate internal fraternity structure, directing and aiding in all chair and committee planning and meetings, including but not limited to Rush, Social, Philanthropy, and Special Events. 

  • Manage external relationships, liaising with the Internal Fraternity Council, National representatives, alumni, and campus advisors sitting in on meetings, and regularly communicating with decision-makers. 

  New Member Educator ​

  • Advised and guided new members through a 6-week integration process involving fraternity core values, fraternity history, and the chapter's standards.

  • Accountable for overseeing the academic performance, mental and physical well-being, and overall on-campus conduct of 28 freshmen as they navigate their first semester of colleges

  • Responsible for the design and implementation of all social media postings, including social flyers as well as philanthropy and rush infographics.

  • Oversee the Fraternity Instagram account, posting weekly.

  • Spearheading the organization and execution of the annual Fraternity trip, overseeing all aspects from selecting the destination, securing accommodations, coordinating catering, planning venues, and managing logistics for over 200 attendees throughout the weekend.

Took on the role of a business development representative at DataLocker, a data management software solution, working consists of analyzing data, selecting value propositions for potential customers, and assisting coworkers with sales-related tasks. Students also practice customer interactions with product pitch scripts and two real-time discovery calls.

Played the role of a content marketing manager at Buhi Supply Co., where they make strategic content marketing decisions for the company and carry out content creation projects in each round.

SEO

Involved conducting a site audit, optimizing landing pages, and updating meta content based on thorough keyword research. It also includes analyzing organic traffic, selecting an off-site strategy, and building backlinks to boost site authority. Throughout the process, SEO efforts must be managed with varying budgets.
